the websites or pages along with any interactive features, mobile applications and/or other services that

we make available through a site, social media page, or communication that posts a link to this Privacy

Policy (each, a "Service"). This Privacy Policy also applies to personal data Shelly's House may collect

from you at or in connection with our Sales, via emails or phone calls, or in any other instance when you

contact Shelly's House.

This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect about you, why we collect it, how we use it,

and under what circumstances we may share it with third parties. This Privacy Policy also describes the

choices you can make about how we use your information. We want you to fully understand our privacy

practices. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, and we will notify you of any material

changes to the Policy by posting the modified Policy at http://www.shellyshouse.com and changing the

Effective Date at the top. We encourage you to check this page periodically for any changes. This Policy

Services.

Typically, we collect this personal data through our registration and order forms when you sign up for or

attend Sales or other events via our Services. You may provide this information at various times and in

different contexts, such as when you:

Make a purchase through our Service or at a Sale

Submit consignor or shopper registration forms or save your information with us on our Service or at a

Sale

Sign up or request to be added to our mailing, SMS, or email marketing lists

Participate in a survey or Promotion

Contact us with inquiries about Sales, merchandise, or services

Engage with us on social media platforms

Information We Collect When You Use a Service

In addition to the information you voluntarily provide, we automatically collect and store certain

information when you visit or interact with our Service ("Usage Information"). This data is stored on and

accessed from your personal computer, laptop, tablet, mobile phone, or other device (a "Device") and

includes:

Your IP address, UDID, or other unique identifier ("Device Identifier"), which helps us recognize your

Device

Areas of our Service that you visit and your activities there, including your preferences

Your Device location and characteristics

Other Device data such as the time of day you visit our Service

Your social media user ID

Your URL history

We use various methods and technologies to collect or store Usage Information ("Tracking

Technologies"). These technologies may set, change, or modify settings on your Device. Examples of

Tracking Technologies include:

Cookies: We and our partners use cookies to enhance your online experience by improving navigation

and functionality of our Services. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers generated by web servers and

stored on your Device for future access. Our Service may use HTTP cookies, HTML5 cookies, Flash

cookies, and other types of cookies. You can usually disable or remove cookies through your browser

settings. Each browser has its own method for managing cookies, and you may need to adjust settings

for each browser you use. The "help" section of most browsers provides instructions on managing

cookies. Note that disabling or removing cookies may impact the functionality of some parts of our

Service. For information on disabling Flash cookies, visit www.adobe.com. For information on Meta

Pixels (Facebook/Instagram), refer to Meta's terms and conditions.

Web Beacons:

A Web Beacon is a small, often invisible tag placed on our Service's pages and messages. We use Web

Beacons for various purposes, such as counting visitors to our Service, monitoring user navigation,

tracking email open rates, and measuring the views of specific links.

Embedded Scripts:

An embedded script is a piece of programming code designed to collect data on your interactions with

our Service, such as the links you click. This code is temporarily downloaded to your Device from our

web server or a third-party provider, remains active only during your session, and is removed or

deactivated afterward.

ETag (Entity Tag):

ETag, or entity tag, is a feature used in browser caching. It assigns a unique identifier to a specific

version of a resource at a URL. When the resource changes, a new ETag is assigned. This helps track

versions of resources and can be used as a Device Identifier, potentially creating unique tracking values

even if cookies are blocked.

Browser Fingerprinting:

This involves collecting and analyzing information from your Device, such as your operating system,

browser plugins, system fonts, and other similar data, to identify your Device.

Recognition Technologies:

These technologies apply statistical methods to data sets to recognize or make assumptions about users

and devices, such as identifying a user across multiple devices.

We use these Tracking Technologies (and any future ones) to:

Enable access to and functionality of the Service

Prevent fraudulent activities and enhance security

Evaluate Service performance, improve content, and refine our offerings

Identify you when you visit or log in to the Service

Track your preferences and online activities across sites

Deliver personalized content and ads based on your interactions with our Service and third-party sites
